Our practice participates with United Concordia, Delta Dental and Guardian. Dental insurance can be complicated, and may not cover all of your treatment needs. Please keep in mind that it always in your best interest to understand your own plan.
Rest assured that no matter what insurance plan you may have, we will do our best to make sure that you receive the benefits that your contract allows, and that we will never base the treatment that you need on your insurance plan.
