Appointments

To make an appointment, please call our office at 564-1310. Every effort will be made to give you an appointment at a convenient time, and emergency patients will be seen as soon as possible.

Since appointment times, staff and treatment rooms are reserved for our patients, we require a 48 hour prior notice for any changes.

Our office hours are Monday through Wednesday 8AM to 5 PM, and Thursday 8AM to 6PM.
